Quotas and logic control
Automatic verification of sampling quotas and the logical consistency of answers. Any inconsistent questionnaire is flagged and submitted for review.
Phone-back checks
A dedicated team calls back a random sample of respondents to verify that the interview took place under the defined conditions. Phone number collected at the end of the interview.
GPS geolocation
Every interview is conducted with a tablet recording precise GPS coordinates. Any questionnaire without correct location is excluded from the final sample.
Selective voice recording
On key questions, full recording of exchanges for later audit. Guarantees the authenticity of the responses collected.
